Zelle is identified by the recipient name “Making Heaven Crowded Inc” in a donor’s own banking app — there is no separate Zelle link to click, since Zelle works by looking up an email or phone number the recipient has enrolled with their bank. PayPal and Cash App both work through a public handle (paypal.me/makingheavencrowded and cash.app/$makingheavencrowded) rather than a bank lookup.
How card checkout works
Card only works at preset amounts, and that’s deliberate
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay checkout runs through fixed-price plans, one for each preset amount ($25, $50, $100, $250, $500), rather than a form that takes any number a donor types in. That means a custom amount can’t use card — the give page automatically falls back to Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or check instead, rather than showing a card option that would fail at checkout.
It’s the tradeoff for offering one-tap Apple Pay and Google Pay at all: the fastest checkout on the page only exists at a handful of fixed amounts, and anyone giving a different amount uses one of the other four methods instead.
