Making Heaven Crowded started in Tampa in October 2025 with 5 volunteers and has grown to more than 30. Every week our teams walk the streets of downtown Tampa with food, building genuine relationships and introducing people to Jesus — and there is a place on the team for you.
Serving Saturdays
What Tampa volunteers actually do
Volunteers serve in practical ways: preparing and handing out food and water in weekly homeless outreach in downtown Tampa, reaching students and young adults through our Tampa college ministry, and getting equipped to share the Gospel through SENT Sessions evangelism training. Every meal handed out is an opportunity to serve, and every conversation is an opportunity to proclaim the Gospel.
