Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. That is all the form sends.

When you start a donation: your name, email address, mailing address, an optional phone number, the amount, and which payment method you chose. We collect the mailing address so we can send an acknowledgment or thank-you without having to ask you for it later.

When you simply browse: standard analytics information such as pages viewed, general location (city or region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send medical, financial account, or other confidential details through the contact form.

We never see or store your card, bank, or account numbers. This website does not process payments. When you give, you are handed off to PayPal or to Zelle through your own bank, and your payment details are entered there under their terms and privacy policies. What we keep on our side is the donation record described above plus a short reference code so we can match your gift when it arrives.

• Vercel — hosting for this website, including standard server request logs.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — the database that stores donation records.
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages and donation emails to our inbox.
• Google Analytics 4 — website traffic measurement. We use it to understand which pages are useful. We do not use Google Ads remarketing, Customer Match, or lookalike audiences on this site.
• PayPal and Zelle — used only if you choose to give through them, under their own policies.

This site does not run advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or an AI chatbot. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

To reply to you, to record and acknowledge donations, to keep the required records of our nonprofit activity, and to understand how the website is being used. We do not sell your information, and we do not share donor lists with other organizations. We share information only with the services listed above so they can do their job, or where the law requires it.

The only non-essential cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics, and the site will still work normally.

Donation records are kept as long as needed for our nonprofit accounting and recordkeeping obligations. Contact messages are kept in our email inbox. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email Makingheavencrowdedtampa@gmail.com and we will respond.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
